WHAT WE DO
Packaging:
Irrespectively of “ 9/11” related events and their aftermath with regards to shipping regulations, A. Fakhry & Co. strongly believes that the shipment of Dangerous Goods – which many essential oil and aromatic raw materials are – should be properly addressed.
A. Fakhry & Co. acts via international industry related organizations in better identifying the shipping dangers of essential oils and the likes. At the local level it makes sure to cooperate and provide all the latest available information to airline carriers it collaborates with. As such, and where applicable, all A. Fakhry & Co.’s shipments are performed in appropriate UN certified packaging whether HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene) plastic, aluminum, or steel. In many cases these packaging materials are imported (Tournaire, Sage Industries)
